Die letzte Projektphase zur eigenständigen Trinkwasserversorgung in Benin ist seit Januar 2017 angelaufen.
Der „Inner-Afrikanische“ Einsatz des technischen „Know How Transfers“ wurde im März 2017 von den beiden kongolesischen Brunnenbau-Experten erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Die Erlangung der finanziellen Eigenständigkeit und Verwaltung dieses Projektes bedarf noch Anschubhilfen und wird voraussichtlich bis Mitte 2018 noch andauern.
Mittlerweile konnten 25 Brunnen und Pumpen errichtet werden und versorgen täglich ca. 12.500 Menschen mit Trinkwasser.
In Benin wurden zunächst nach den neusten Erkenntnissen Bohrwerkzeuge und Pumpe auf den neusten Stand gebracht:

bei der Entwicklung eines völlig neuen Bohrkopfes in der privaten Werkstatt von Lucien in Porto Novo
Mit dem Schweißer Zounon (L) wird an der neuen Seilpumpe gearbeitet
Größere Rohr-Dimensionen und verstärkte Muffen sollen eine schnellere und tiefere Bohrung ermöglichen. Durch qualifizierte Bearbeitung soll die Haltbarkeit dieses Bohrwerkzeug erheblich verlängert werden
Lucien, (Weißes T-Shirt) konnte nun nach ca. 14 Tagen intensiver Zusammenarbeit mit den kongolesischen Experten die neue Generation der Seilpumpe vorführen. Die Serienproduktion konnte beginnen!
Mit viel Stolz konnten die Schweißer die ersten fertiggestellten Pumpen „MADE IN BENIN“
vorstellen. Lokale Arbeitsbeschaffung zur produktion angepasster Technologie war eines der Ziele dieses Projektes welches im Rahmen einer „Inner-Afrikanische“ Zusammenarbeit umgesetzt wurde!
Hier konnte ein kleiner Schritt in Richtung:
– eigenständige Trinkwasserversorgung,
– „Ursachenbekämpfung in der Flüchtlingsproblematik“ und
– „eigenständige Entwicklung“
vollzogen werden!
Die Produktionskosten dieser Pumpe ab Werkstatt-Porto-Novo beträgt ca. 200 € und ist somit für jede Dorfgemeinschaft zugänglich und kann ohne externe Hilfe gewartet und repariert werden!
